Domestic Shipping Policy

• Orders being shipped within Canada are eligible for Free Shipping
• Free Shipping does not apply to Sale Items
• Expect to receive your shipment within 3-8 days
• All orders may be subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.
• To ship we use UPS, FedEx and Canada Post.
• All shipping prices are in Canadian dollars.
• Cheetah Factory Racing Products (CFR) & GoPro Helmet Cameras DO NOT qualify for free shipping. Shipping will be arranged and quoted once your order has been received.

International Shipping Policy

• Orders outside Canada can only be shipped to the billing address that is on file with your financial institute.
• All orders may be subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.
• We are required to complete a customs declaration with the sale price of the item(s) purchased.
• Royal Board Shop cannot legally declare your order as a gift.
• UPS is our shipping method.
• All shipping prices are in Canadian dollars.
• Brokerage and Duties charges may be incurred as a result of cross border shopping. Royal is not responsible for those fee's and will be charged to the reciever.

Cancelled Orders

·         Any cancelled order will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, this includes orders that have not shipped yet.

Process

• During the "Check Out" process you will be asked to accept all terms and conditions regarding Royal Board Shop.com international shipping policy. You must agree to these terms and conditions before your order can be processed and shipped.
• If there are any discrepancies on an International Order, we will notify the customer. If we do not hear a response within 3 business days after our attempted contact, that order will be cancelled.
• If an order is refused upon delivery, any non-paid duties, taxes and other fees incurred when the package enters your country will be deducted from your refund. We are charged for these items when a package is refused by the customer.

Returns

• All Products
  Non-defective products may be returned or exchanged if the item is unopened in a condition that allows for resale. All returned items must be unused, in new condition. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn, free of pet hair, make-up, smoke smell, or other inappropriate smells. Videos must be unopened & sealed in original packaging. Ramp plans, grip taped decks and assembled skateboards, including its parts, cannot be returned. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
• On returns, you are responsible for the cost of shipping on the return.
• ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
  There will be no returns on products that have been marked down or are "on sale."
